HuttoParke is located within the City of Hutto, Texas. If you are entering the City of Hutto from Highway 79, you would need to turn north onto FM 1660. After you have driven for approximately a mile, HuttoParke will be on the west side of the road.

HuttoParke is a Community Development of Lennar Homes, and currently is made up of approximately 787 single family residential lots. Amenities within the community include a half basketball court, a volleyball court, a multi-purpose sports field, a walking track, a playscape, and a community swimming pool.

The Homeowners Association is comprised of property owners within HuttoParke, and is a Chartered Non-Profit Corporation designed to organize HuttoParke with Deed Covenants and Deed Restrictions that help to protect the investment value of HuttoParke. Home buyers are automatically members of the Homeowners Association, and membership is mandatory. Members have one vote towards the operation of the community, and an annual meeting is held each year. The daily operations of the Association are managed by the Board of Directors who meets quarterly. Members may attend and make presentations to the Board if notice is received one week before the scheduled meetings. While control of the Board is held by the votes of the developer, two local residents are elected as Board Liaisons to attend all Board Meetings and report to the membership.
